I had a great experience at this location. Let's be honest, no one loves going to phone stores. Especially when there is a problem. I had to stop in to solve a problem with my work phone. Rob was the one who helped me and he is an absolute super hero. He efficiently solved the problem, and saved my co-worker from getting slapped by me. He got me all set up and confidently sent me on my way back to the office, head held high. You rock Rob!

If you live anywhere in the Seattle area, it does not matter if there is a store closer to where you live, this is the store you guys need to visit. Adrian and Lauren were incredibly attentive and knew just what to do about my issues. They went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of at the end of the day. Even though it was a dark, gloomy, and rainy day in Seattle, this store was a breath of fresh air and a beaming ray of sunshine. I would recommend this store 10/10 and will be visiting again as I have deemed this my exclusive store from here on out. Employees like them are the backbone of all of AMERICA!!!! USA USA USA USA

I have been in there twice lately and received amazing customer service from Adrian. Adrian knows how to multitask and handle multiple customers with professionalism and ease. Adrian is extremely patient and knowledgeable and looks out for the customer’s best interests and needs. I was amazed by this level of service, especially with how busy Adrian was. I highly recommend this location because of Adrian! Thank you!!
