I was sold the wrong SIM card and when the store assistant realised he told to go home and change my plan on the APP at which point I had to pay the monthly charge again. I’ve tried to get a refund, through customer service, AND in personal at the store with the manager, who at my first visit told me he would sort out a refund. I went back to the store as no refund came through only to be told it isn’t possible. The staff need some more training I think!?! Terrible experience.

I bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max today and the service I got was amazing. Super friendly and patient. I wasn’t looking to buy a phone today but it was time for an upgrade and they were very persuasive I knew I couldn’t pass up on a deal like this. So shoutout to Anika from Southcenter.
