I tried for a week to see a car that I was told was at this dealership. Robert, the person I was working with for the sale, lied to me and told me he "forgot" my appointment when I showed up to the dealership and then continued to lie to me that parts were ordered for the car and I would have to wait a week to see it. I called the Audi Raleigh dealership and saw it the same day, no parts were being ordered for it. Then instead of trying to show me the car I was interested in, Robert tried to sell me another car entirely and cover up the lies he told me. I even called the Cary dealership and asked to work with someone else, and the receptionist just sent me to Robert's extension and told me someone else would contact me but they never did. Don't waste your time here, go to Audi Raleigh instead. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will not be returning.

I recently purchased a preowned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Audi Cary. It was a great car buying experience. The showroom is spotless and the no haggle pricing puts you at ease. Our sales person Michael Draper was very personable and professional and was able to answer all our questions. Manager Matt Leach and finance specialist Jimmy Kamara were likewise welcoming and professional. It's just a great place to buy a car.

Good Morning. Are Covid safety practices are as follows. Masks are to be worn at all times. The building is sanitized twice a day. This includes chairs, door handles, coffee machine and water cooler touch points, counters and water fountains. We also sanitize our break room table, handles, water cooler and microwaves for the safety of our employees. We also sanitize our loaners and customer vehicles when you arrive and before you leave.
