Leith promises "It's easier here" and that appears to be the case. We ordered a new 2023 ID.4. In the interim, our Sales Rep, Ryan, told us a new 2022 became available. Knowing that these deliveries are sold fairly quickly, we went to check it out and decided to buy it. The pricing on the purchase order was the exact price from the MSRP sticker. We agreed to a great rate with the help of Mary from the finance department. We were offered various warranties, but the choice to either get them or refuse was entirely on us. In the end, everything was just so smooth and refreshing. We did end up with one problem on the new car. Missing the back-up camera. We have an appointment next week to have that corrected.

Hi Mark, If it is known that Volkswagen will take care of the repair, then 800-411-6688 is the number that you should call so they can arrange for the vehicle to be brought to our dealership. If it is a service contract or perhaps a warranty, you could call AAA or East Coast Towing, and we'll put it on the invoice to be determined after a vehicle diagnostic test has been performed.
