Customer service nonexistent. Fedex informed me they may have given the driver the wrong address at the shipping center. Sit on hold for over an hour am hung up on and forced to leave a message three days go by still no response luckily Fedex was mistaken about the hiccup. Order a 20inch .308 barrel with Atlas R one hand guard. QD mounts too shallow to even come close to being usable, gas block on rifle blocks the first two MLOK slots from being useable, only offers a hand guard in fifteen inch length. All other MLOK slots on the bottom requires you to cut several threads off the top of the screws as the flex of the barrel is dangerously close to slapping them marring the finish up and possibly being a detriment to accuracy. Like the hand guard but not functional at all being as thin as it is no room for my hand on it now that the bipod must be mounted so far rearward. Other parts quality great but would give zero stars as I feel my money and time was wasted and disrespected. Barrel diameter was not listed under the specs on their site so there was no way of knowing the hand guard would be essentially useless for mounting anything underneath it. Terrible first experience I will not be giving them my money again.

I have never received a part from them that wasn’t packaged well or perfect in fit or finish. Even blem parts I’ve bought from a third party were perfect. I used to be a machinist and I can tell that one) they take pride in their work, two) they have a very good quality control department 3) they have talented machinist and/or awesome equipment. You can definitely drop more money on other brands but why?

I cannot speak for all of the negative reviews that I see others have left, but in my personal opinion, I have not had any shipping issues with my orders from Aero Precision, at times yes it is a bit slow, but the delay hasn't been months like some people on here have described. And so far ALL of my Aero precision parts that I have ordered have been top fit and finish on my ARs, honestly the price-to-quality ratios for me have been off the charts when it comes to Aero parts. I really cant complain.

Here I was excited to support a local company but astonished by the response from customer service. Attitude was disrespectful changing my thoughts about Aero Precision. As they put it there's no way its our fault, you must have done something major to it. Which as I explained it came out of a box into a safe "PERIOD" This gun has never been fired. Never seen the field. I haven't even had it for 30 days. Which apparently my issue was that I didn't notice it the day I opened the box. I think the better question is, why is the rail so weak that it would crack? Is this a common issue? Do I even want your product if it breaks so easy? Where is the reliability? Where is the good craftsmanship?
