Went for passport appointment and came back super impressed. The postal officer was super polite, clear in communication, efficient and we got our work completed within 10 mts which included taking photo, application and documents verification, payment (including creation of money order). Definitely 5 stars

I received a package was not mine and brought it to this site. The employee that I spoke to acted annoyed with me. I explained the situation and she SAID,” you have to take it to the Apex. And you have already opened it and we are not going to take responsibility for it!” Well, it seems like I am responsible for this package delivery tho.

Go to your local post office and request a lock change. It is a $15 fee and you get 2 keys. They will ask for your name, address and phone number so when your lock has been changed you will receive a call to pick up your keys.
You can download the forms on the State Department website to send your renewal by mail. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/have-passport/renew.html On that page there is also information about how to make an appointment at Wrenn Drive Post office.
No, unfortunately it does not have a copy machine any longer.
No, they will not notarize healthcare documents.
I don't think so, but the local libraries usually have them.
Just ask from the Post Master. He is responsible for that kind of negligency.
It depends on the carrier that day. The sub may be delivering the mail
We had a mail hold with pick up in office. Went to office, they could not find mail. Was told to call after 5 and talk to supervisor. Did so. No one answers phone and no way to leave a message. How do we contact supervisor? How do we get our mail?
Call the post office. They may need to replace the lock
They will pick up again at 630pm
You have different carriers delivering your route.
