Horrible searching for parking then walking with baggage to the shuttle stops. Never do this by yourself like I did. I had to travel last minute due to a family emergency and had no time to pre schedule any bookings nor prepare. I just had shoulder surgery and had to pull my luggage, carry on and bag by myself. I lifted my stuff on the shuttle and brought them down at the airport. I then checked my bags at the curbside service. I asked them for assistance with a wheelchair to my airline. Southwest was nice to assist me. They work for tips cuz they don't get paid much. I gave a good tip though. When I returned i did all this again vice versa. They should have service for handicapped or disabled people at economy parking area. All I had to go through caused me to restart my healing process all over again. Thank God I don't think I need surgery again. Yet I'm still suffering pain even after my therapy sessions. I didn't tell my doctor about all this because i had 2 surgeries on my opposite shoulder because of another emergency situation. I'm a mess. Anyways my suggestion is please please arrange service at the economy parking for us disabled travelers.
