The best customer service T-mobile customers deserve! Jose and Mussa are amazing, they are welcoming everyone with warm and genuine smiles! Jose is a very friendly and great customer associates, he knows what he is doing and ask and understand what the customer needs . Mussa is great , a great salesman! I was happy when I leave the store! This is what I need and deserve as a customer! Thanks again, happy Passover!

I had such an amazing experience today at the Renton Rainier T-Mobile store. Mike was so helpful. I'm so thankful for working with him and his manger today. Mike had to deal with another customer service rep over the phone to get help with fixing my phone. Who was rude and unpleasant to work with. He handle that situation so professional and still kept a up beat attitude. This store works as a team. I'm glad that I got a chance to be helped by Mike and his manger.

I went here today (October 16, 2020) because I had taken a Lyft to Safeway and forgotten my charger. My phone ran out of battery and Safeway called a taxi company, but they hadn’t showed for over half an hour. I went to T Mobile hoping to borrow a charger so I could get a Lyft? but quickly realized that I should just buy one. I ended up buying both a battery pack and a new wall charger, and the man who helped me, while initially a bit frazzled by my request, recovered quickly and was very helpful and kind. He helped me put my grocery items from Safeway into a paper bag, and let me stay in the store while I waited for my Lyft. Very reasonable wait time I would say, also, given that there were ten people inside when I arrived. Two thumbs up!! I am grateful this was available in my time of need, and wouldn’t hesitate to go again!
