Unbelievable experience with Jesse the store manager. He seems nice but he is shady and breaks protocols. 611 Tmo experts told me i could go into this store no problem to exchange my recently purchased phone. Jesse refused me service because he said it would hurt his numbers and told me to go back to th3 original store. My family gas been a customer of 19 years with Tmobile. Unbelievable. Formal complaint filed.

I honestly dislike writing negative reviews... BUTTTT, here it goes. It's crazy how much money TMobile has and how much they make, that's not the issue power to you, but when a customer like myself who only has one phone line (a basic phone plan). my bill is already $151.00 a month.. No idea why it's so high?! I will figure that out soon..! Charge me an extra $27.00 for being 2 days late.......... Like c'mon.... I don't make as much as your freaking company makes and it's ridiculous to charge this much with technology these days and how accessable it is. T-Mobile literally bought naming rights to safeco field for 87.5 million PLUS 3 m a year. You don't need to rob people like for for every penny you can get. I wish you offered better prices. And the service isn't even that great. At all. Sorry not sorry.

Julio and Michael are awesome! I came into this location late in the evening and was interested in upgrading my phone but was a bit unsure of my trade-in options. Even though it was close to closing, they both took the time to make sure I understood what was available to me AND helped me order the new phone I wanted. Michael clarified the financing details and Julio made the transaction quick and easy. Thanks guys! If anyone deserves a holiday bonus, it’s these two. I’ll definitely be returning to this location next time I need to visit a T-Mobile store.

Why do they have different suggestion to every customer?

Different customers have different plans, and different phones. Which means each circumstance is different for each customer.

What must I do if my phone gives me a "data usage warning "? I'm on a prepaid package.

It means you are close to using all your data, and need to cut back on your usage, or buy more data.
