I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but you might want to show people some respect when they walk in your store for a phone, accessory, etc. We are customers and do not deserve to be talked to the way I was. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this store.

The service and staff at this location are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products. I was helped by Alyssa and she took the time to answer all my questions and get me setup with my new iPhone, watch and iPad. The store manager Jonathon I think was his name also came over to check and make sure I had everything I needed and thanked me for being a loyal AT&T customer. Nothing but the best shopping experience at this location. This store should be model for which all other AT&T stores should be run and operated.

I'm a former Verizon customer of 29 years. I finally got fed up with Verizon's inconsistent and increasingly poor customer service. Which is why I was so happy to be helped by Jordan, Josh, John, and Stef (I hope I got his name right!). I was having some initial issues with my First Net and AT&T accounts, specifically with the poor communication with the dial-in customer service reps. I came in very frustrated and with almost zero time before I had to leave for a vacation. They calmed me down and got every one of my issues handled immediately, whether it was something I had misunderstood, or something the phone rep had screwed up. Those guys are on the ball and get top marks for patience and customer service. Thanks!

Let me tell you a story about Eddie. I rushed over after work because I desperately needed to switch phones - my old one was barely working, and I need my phone for my job. As soon as I got there, I realized they were about to close - I was kicking myself for not looking up their hours. Eddie introduces himself and asks if I need help - I apologize and tell him I’ll come back another time when they’re not about to close. This guy, bless his heart, tells me not to worry about it, and begins helping me. He quickly realizes it might take some time. No worries, he says, let’s get this done for you. At some point, he also realizes he can save me a couple hundred with a deal for my phone, and he takes EXTRA time to secure this deal for me. A minute later, he gives me some advice about my plan that saves me hundreds more. We’re now a couple minutes past closing, but he reassures me it’s totally fine. I’m standing there, past closing, while this incredible employee takes his time, saving me hundreds of dollars and making sure my new phone is all set up for me. He even tells me to come back tomorrow if I have any trouble - he’ll help me out. You just don’t find customer service like this. Truly incredible. I had mixed feelings about AT&T before coming in, and this one employee raised my entire opinion of the company. Thank you Eddie. Your kindness was pretty incredible.
