Can't say anything negative about this business. Sent my Saeco Super automated espresso, coffee maker to them for repair. My machine is about 15 years old and recently quit pumping water. Did a little searching and found this business showing great reviews. I can see why. The shipping process was well spelled out on their website. I sent it in over the holidays so there was a little delay for them to get to it. Within a few days of the new year, they called me back with information on repairs needed. I told them to go ahead and do it. The next day I received a ups delivery notification and the day after that we got our machine back in perfect working order. I didn't mention the dispenser as having a problem, but it wouldn't hold position detent. They either replaced or repaired my dispenser nozzle which wasn't even mentioned on the invoice or mentioned in the work order. They also replaced the frothing nozzle which I hadn't included with the shipment. Henry was up front with me on the phone and mentioned that due to the age of the machine it is pretty much impossible to find parts for it. He pretty much gave me a opt out on the repair honestly saying that it might not have a lot of life left. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to others.

Brought in DeLonghi Magnifica today. Problem was diagnosed at the front desk and resolved in 5 minutes. No charge. That's great, honest service. Told me to just call with any problems next time.

Drove down to see these folks to have a nice, DeLonghi coffee maker repaired. The kind man behind the counter said "Sure, I can repair it for you for $80, or you can spend a little more and get a much better coffee maker". He then proceeded to Amazon to show me a few he liked. I was shocked. They don't sell coffee makers there, and his advice cost him the repair job. I very much appreciated the service and wanted to let everyone know.
