I banked with this bank for years and I've decided that I wanted to open up a credit card with them that was the wrong thing to do because their service really is no good they have no one to answer phones they have nobody to call anyone back and they want so many questions I don't understand why they just don't pull your credit report I have no problem with that but they seem to not want to. Then they do it some shady way. long story short I'm closing all my accounts with them and moving to a different bank. If you want a credit card you might as well just go somewhere else because in the end you end up without anything and a headache.

Amazingly fast service. I got an hour of parking but I was done within 15 minutes. Free parking is available right before the building. Customer service personnel are very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this location.

We have banked with WSECU for 20 years, including credit cards, savings, mortgage and accounts for children. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful every time we have visited.

Very friendly and assistive staff, guided me through my card replacement and offered insightful tips where I may better my credit score. Likewise, were very helpful in advising my credit card options and the next steps I can take from there. Thank you for being open on Saturday and I hope i don't lose my stuff again😂

Questions & Answers

Is there a drive thru atm at this location?

WSECU | Dec 19, 2021

Thanks for asking, Jonathan. Because of its urban location, this branch does not have a drive-thru ATM, though there is a 24-hour walk-up ATM available. Check out co-opfs.org/Shared-Branches-ATMs to find a drive-thru ATM near you!

Can I deposit money to my industrial credit union

sherri jacobs | Aug 16, 2020
WSECU | Aug 16, 2020

Hi Sherri! We recommend reaching out to Industrial CU for some other deposit options. Since our Seattle branches don't have teller drive-thru services, and in-branch appointments are reserved to transactions that can't be accomplished any other way, we wouldn't be able to complete this transaction. We hope your credit union can find another solution for you!

Are 2020 calenders here?

Patrick Mccarty | Aug 16, 2020
WSECU | Aug 16, 2020

So close, Patrick! Calendars will be released at our open house event on December 10th. If you can't make it into a branch on or after then, give us a call and we'll mail you one!

If I have a cashiers check from mountain America credit union, can I get it cashed here?

Wyatt Jacklin | Aug 17, 2019
WSECU | Aug 17, 2019

Thanks for your question, Wyatt. It sounds like you're hoping to use the Shared Branching Network to cash that check. To use the network, we need to access an account at a participating credit union. If you have an account at a credit union in the network, we can deposit that check and then likely give you cash if your home credit union allows the funds to be available right away. This is different from cashing a check, which doesn't involve first depositing it. We hope this helps, please let us know if we haven't fully answered your question. Is the check made out to you, Wyatt? You should be able to deposit it into any account that bears the name of the payee on the check. If you'd like to stop by so we can take a look at the check and talk through your options, we'd be happy to chat.
