Had counter tops installed over 18 months ago, which were templates incorrectly. There were blemishes on one slab. They have since also cracked. Contacted Colonial more than once. Usually got no response. When they finally sent someone out, they filled the crack and buffed( something we were not told would happen). The crack is still noticeable, the blemishes are highlighted because their honing machine died. Never returned , although they said they would. Still have not addressed the gaps around the window. All in all, extremely poor customer service. Would highly recommend against using them. They will tell me to contact customer service, which is a stock response. Have done so already, many times. WHAT A JOKE! Maybe the PA Office of Consumer Advocate will get better results! Also, blocking someone who leaves a negative review is very immature, and not a good business model.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Thank God we used them for our small bathroom renovation before doing our kitchen reno. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere. It all started when my husband received a text on a Saturday to remind him of his Template appointment for Monday. (we thought it was Wednesday of that week) So my husband had stayed up all through the night laying our floor and getting our vanity set. Monday comes and we had a no show and not even a call. I call Tuesday to find out what happened and they put us back on for Wednesday. I call Wednesday morning to find out an estimate of when they are coming and Wendy tells me my appt was canceled at 4 am and now it’s Thursday. Ask to speak with a manager and he calls me back hrs later and then someone ends up showing up Wednesday. Communication is terrible with this company. They come the next week to install our vanity top and niche and they measured wrong 🙄 came back yesterday and they didn’t even drill the holes for our faucet evenly. My husband and I had to try and make the holes work because i wasn’t about to call these ppl back for a 3rd time. Ontop of this issue we had to cancel our shower tile order because they kept pushing our date back to pick it up. So after a month of dealing with them we are left with a messed up vanity piece and no tile. AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY! EDIT TO ADD: it’s now 9/8 and I still have not had someone contact me even though I emailed them when they asked me to at the bottom of this review. STAY FAR AWAY.
