Went in because my SIM had stopped working and was out with a new working SIM in 10 minutes. The staff was great, friendly and super helpful even though the store barely made any money from it. Awesome service!

As many stores in Seattle or downtown Seattle face shoplifters and the mentally ill it's nice to see any store open and ready for business. T-Mobile is a soft friendly and warm environment in an uncertain city where anything can happen at any given moment. Crime seems to allowed in the grater Seattle area. Thank you T-Mobile for being apart of our family :)
