Thx all yes, i called, they were full but offered overflow camping near the wildhorsre sites.we saw the entire bison herd around noon the next day as we were leaving, they were near the entrance, and lake area !woohoo!!

Yes, there are sites with hook ups, but you'll want to check availability at least 24 hours in advance. All hook up sites were filled when we were there last month, so we ended up pulling down into Wild Horse Camping Area, the equestrian camping area, where we had only water. We had the place to ourselves except for one other camper.
Sites at Honey Flats in the park (water + 30/50 Amp hookups) are OK for RVs. A side note - any rv over about 20' can't reach about 1/3 of the park even for day use due to extreme grade changes.
