Gorgeous! Great place for people of all ages and abilities to come enjoy the water, or go fishing on the MASSIVE pier. There's a nice little cove of shallow water with no waves or currents to worry about, a great place to absolutely lounge in warm water.

Sebastian State Park is one of the most popular State Parks in all of Florida! The place is simply gorgeous! We went there with two of my children and six of my grandchildren and we had wonderful time together! We loved it ❣️

It's an older State Park but it's well maintained. We camped in space 60 for two nights in May and the full cost was $51.50 with the senior discount - the base cost was $13 a day but they add on fees for utilities and booking the site in advance. It was reasonably private and very quiet; lots of places to walk and sights to see. Sites are generously sized. Camp hosts were friendly. Winds whipped up in the afternoons which made it impossible to have a fire so we had dinner inside our van both nights. It's free to dump your holding tanks.q

If you want a quiet, family friendly place to hang out and swim and site see, this is the place! We were staying in Orlando, FL May 1st '22 - May 6th '22 and wanted to see some clear blue water without all the chaos at the popular beaches. It was a little over an hour and a half drive from Orlando, but it was worth every minute! The water was crisp blue, there was a small inlet where you could swim in and didn't have to worry about crashing waves. There were several piers you could walk in to just embrace the beautiful scenery. To top it off, they had a bar and grille there with awesome food and drinks! My husband and I ordered the fried clams, bacon cheeseburger, and fish & chips. It was all good! You have to go here to appreciate the beauty of this place.

$28/night + fees and taxes max stay in Florida State Parks is 14 then you have to have a gap before you can camp there again. You book on reserveamerica.com
Yes, the restrooms present in the viscinity are also wheelchair accessible
Stay home, Buck
No - this is a Florida State Park. Senior Florida residents can get a discount.
North side of the bridge off of A1A. Go through the North ranger station (entrance) and the COVE is down on the right. That's what you want. Hope all goes well and enjoy!
No, allow the staff can use golf carts. But you can bring a boat or a jet ski to the dock, just don't go on the beach with it.
Yes on the river side. There is a beach on each side of the inlet, but you better surf there
I heard you need a fishing license but then I hear you don’t need one if fishing from land 🤷🏾♂️
Yes they are open 24/7
Yes
Yes they have grills on the north side near the parking area before you get to the bait n take store and restaurant
They do have sea turtle walks and i believe they are through the sea turtle sanctuary notth of the inlet call them and they can give you all the info.
No they are not. The beach at the end of Eau Gallie blvd is dog friendly
I was at sebastian inlet state park for 8 days just got home today. I brought my detector but there are signs all over the park that say NO METAL DETECTING! In the state park grounds or beach.
Sea glass is glass that has been eroded by the ocean waves. It is beautiful and smooth. It comes in all colors.
veteran discount on the yearly pass....free yearly pass, if disabled veteran.
$8.oo per car load, $2.00 per person, $1.00 if you are on a bicycle
Once they start showing up, we can find out.
Technically you can't....but if you go on the south side...on some of the beach accesses...I used to take my dog there alot...they don't really say anything...
Thanks everyone I appreciate your help. It's been a while since I've been
Electric and water only. Dump station is at entrance to campground.
Yes, but if it is considered a "nuisance" people will probably make you leave.
Yes. Most sites are 30 amp but there are several 50 amp
While there this weekend I noticed no sewer hookup but yes to water and electric no Wi-Fi but beautiful this time of year but for the bugs at Sun set
The truth is I did not see any camping center in the surroundings, but you can rent a house for the weekend near the beaches
Check in is 3pm and check out time is 1pm.
It's not that kind of Pavilion or Park
Unfortunately no due to "quiet hours"
Not on the beach or the pier. However, there is a bar/souvenir shop where you can charge your phone. And while you're charging your phone have a bite bc the food is fresh and excellent!))
Absolutely
Call the park directly...always will be cancelations.
I have been there several times, have seen tents and rv's
I'm not sure about that! They might have a restricted amount of time in state parks! It's beautiful there and you should definitely go and enjoy it!👍😁
Not sure about the camping area
Yes, you can. My best friend works there. You have to do a reservation online. A company handles that for them. When you get there you just sign in and they give you a map and tell you where your site is and gives you a tag for your vehicle
Yes you can launch a pontoon. There aren't cabins but they have overnight tent or RV campsites avl. Also a small restaurant with hamburgers, sandwiches, ice cream and breakfast. Also gifts, towels, sunscreen
There are showers on the south side open, but they are not in the bathroom. Follow the signs or ask a guard. They're very nice.
I was just three weeks ago with my wife and we saw three manatees the are very cute
For Individual it was 60, Family 120. Disabled Veterans was free, seniors is half Price 65 and over. You have to go to where a park ranger office is at to purchase. Best thing for current information is giving your park a call to see what documents you might need to bring.
I haven't been there at night so I'm not sure how the bugs are. We did see a few ants after we ate so be careful with food dropping.
Go to reserveamerica.com to check on availability for this or any state park.
One of the best places for camping and RVs. Home sweet home. #FlaGirlForever
Yes very clean. Great place. Lots of fish too
Cove typically stays free of debris because its often difficult for it to get washed in
That is a national parks pass. It does not work in any state park. Florida state park sells a yearly pass for 60 dollars individual and 120 for family pass. Hope this helps
Yes
Yes n b4 that as well their are 2 Sebastian inlet not the one near the bridge the on before u can gd luck god bless enjoy it its beautiful n fun out there
I really don't know. I am sorry. Wish could have been more help.
We were talking with a local fisherman yesterday and he told us that yes, there is.
Its a leash law its a wonderful beach restaurant and a bar upstairs good fishing. ...
5 minute car ride to the north side of inlet. Great place for kids to swim, protected water. No life guard. Have fun. Get there early on a nice day.
Yes theres a few nice spots to launch from
Resident/Senior pass is yearly $60.00 The Entrance Fee is totally different! 4 someone with no yearly pass. If you riding a bike=$1.00 In any type of vehicles One vehicle, up to 8 People $8.00 extra or more people pay $2.00 Each 1 car 1 person=$4.00 1 car 2 people= $8.00 1 car 3 people=$8.00 1 car 4 people=$8.00 1 car 5 people=$8.00 1 car 6 people=$8.00 1 car 7 people=$8.00 1 car 8 people=$8.00 1 car 9 people=$10.00
There are really nice bicycle paths that lead north and south of the park! I would estimate that 15 miles to the north would be a nice bike ride towards Melbourne Beach and about a seven mile to the South to Wabasso Beach. I pass folks riding thier bikes all of the time! There's even a bike course on the state park itself on the Northside.
I will be there in 5 days. RV sites have electric 30 & 50 amp but no water so fill your tank. However they told me there is a dump station.
No open fires anywhere, now if you wanna bring a firepit that has a pan, or get a steel washtub from the hardware store. But cant have any open fires directly on the ground.
That I do not know I would go on their website to look for a price sheet. But I can tell you this much friends of mine stay there and if you want to stay on a holiday weekend you need to reserve it about a year ahead
Campground has reopened
