Is there anywhere with a Pavillion area or several picnic tables together that would accommodate 20 or so people to have a picnic?

Dont think there are any pavilion areas but several picnic areas. Ellsworth and Boulder are a couple but i believe you have to reserve ahead

I believe there are some covered picnic tables at the Sunset trail area.

There is a picnic area north across the road from Mt Scott. It runs about 3/4 mile along the highway. There are picnic tables all along there. I'm sorry I can't remember if they are concrete or wood. There are lots of picnic areas all over the park. Go to the website and get the park number then call. They are friendly and helpful.

There are picknick areas all around I'd imagine there would be areas your seeking check at visitors center they could help you out

Yes lake Ellsworth it cost $35 deposit you get back once the area is cleaned up.

There are several day use picnicking area and one really nice over night area. As far as pavillion not sure
