Yes there are tent camp grounds there. Just watch for the buffalo and wildlife. There is also camping at the lake right next to the refuge and a swimming area that they charge a small fee to do
Yes. And sometimes you get really lucky, sometimes not. Doris Campground, has full-electrified Roach Coach sites to designated semi-primative camp sites (tent only). One caveat on the single non-electrified spaces share with tents, pray you dont get an RV w/generator (almost always rude ppl) with an annoyingly loud tv, air conditioning & everykind of electronic noise making device they can pack, including the screaming wife & kids who hate being outdoors next to you.
