The best way is to call the park. The space has to be available, but other than that just show up.
You cannot rent a specific site. You must show up they will then ask you to pick your site, then bring the site number back to them.

Nit all of the parks in Texas allow you to reserve a specific spot. They are moving in that direction. I know that at Enchanted rock you can not at this point. I would assume that Inks lake is in the same boat. It is an amazing campground fills fast so you may need to take what you can find. Hope you ha e a wonderful trip.
