This is not basic and not luxurious. Comfortable bed, top of the line linens, extremely clean and very comfortable. Every detail is attended to from the nicely landscaped area to plenty of towels, nicely stocked kitchen in the mini suite. We were here Monday through Wed. Very quiet. We rented this place last minute because other places were full and didn't expect a lot. We will call here first next time. Our stay was wonderful.

This place was peaceful and serene. Everything we were looking for to relax and enjoy nature. I never wanted to leave. I understand why they call it painted sky, the view over the water was beautiful! The rooms smelt great and were clean. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful! Reservations required. Casual attire, gorgeous views, food to die for. Pricey, but worth it. Beautifully played gourmet fare, such as the wild boar with garlic mashed potatoes and a mild, delicious jalapeno gravy. The seafood Cobb salad is such a treat to the palate as well as to the eyes. Sunday brunch is amazing!
