The company I work for, a very large telecom company. We signed up with them last year in September the only reason we chose them was because they were going to give us a rebate for our cardboard. I have reached out to multiple people since May and have yet to receive any help. our account manager John Mann removed himself from our account even though he is the specific one to promise us the rebates.EVEN HIS BOSS HAS YET TO REACH OUT TO ME. i documented every email. The next person to not help was the person head of recycling Mike Bramlett. I reached out to him months ago to get this fixed. of course nothing happened. When I reach out to customer service half the time they try to help the other half the time they make excuses for why we don't have an account manager. We recently after two weeks of begging for an account manager, we received one but I do not even know how much this new account manager can help since he is in sales not customer service........ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE THEM
