There have only been two deaths recently noted in the last decade or so. Although there are possible dangers as in any other outdoors area just be cautious and use your head.
I don't have any information about this, and I don't see any reasons to worry about this. It depends on what you are looking for. I'm enjoying it when we are here. You can take search on Google if you want to know this.
