Snakes want to avoid you as much as you want to avoid them. Be aware of your surroundings and you will be fine
If there were any venomous specimens, I'm sure there would have been some warning for the public, unless I completely missed out on it
There are snakes everywhere in the United States. If you go the the Dunes, I doubt you'll see even one.
