Trust me, they do not do anything about it, the front office guy is so rude, requested a refund and they said I did not check out and then that they offer me another room because the first one was infested with roaches
Call the Knights Inn or have someone else do it for you and ask for their corporate number. I think they will provide it. If not Google it and see what you get there.
