I am from Michigan. On vacation out here. The front desk was rude except for Nick. I had a three night stay may 8 check in checked out may 9. Looked at my bank statement notice money missing this dirty hotel still had me checked in stealing my money. Now ice mad a formal complaint. The front desk must of got irritated with me for asking for the general manager name and number. He was being rude about it. Jotel had bugs in it walls was dirty. I had to bleached down my whole room before I sat anything in there. Towel had a brown fresh stain on. It. Lights was not working in my room. Or my children's room. They gave us two light bulbs for 5 lamps that was out. And they still didn't work. Outlet to charge the phone was out.

Pathetic service. I stayed 4 nights here in 121 and 106. I have two service dogs. My card says ESA( due to mental disability)but follows ADA compliance. I have never had a problem with this before. When I look to extend my stay the manager on duty, Nick Patel, looks for an opportunity to mint money and says this cannot be accepted. He also dares to ask me if I have the dogs due to disability even after showing my card and disability evaluation letter as well. He saw an opportunity to earnoney and just wanted to charge a pet fee. I am currently in another motel and I have not had any problem with having my dogs.

I planed a quick trip to San Antonio with my kiddos for spring break and the only available hotel was quality inn, everything was perfect until we arrive to the worst hotel room ever !!! Everything was dirt , our room smells terrible. We payed $300 for 2 nights La peor habitación en la que nos hemos hospedado, el hotel ea horrible muy viejo y súper sucio.

I came to this place bc it was the closest hotel. Booked online. Got a reservation on my mistake, the wrong day. (I made the reservation at midnight and the dates confused me.) I got ahold of the travel agency and they were willing to adjust the reservation for the right day. The person working, who TOLD ME TO CALL THE AGENCY so he could change the reservation and wouldn’t speak up if his life depended on it, refused to change the day so I could sleep in a bed for the night. I understand not helpin me out if the place was booked, he was super busy, or if I was being rude, disruptive or obnoxious. It was a complete waste of time dealing with this guy working and this place. It doesn’t matter if you’re polite or rude you’re not gonna be happy at this place. My buddy used to work here and trust me, this place is trash anyway.

Park in front of the cameras. You'll see them if you look up around the lights in the parking lot. Dont park in the back of the hotel!

They don't charge a deposit, friend. Veste hotel I USE to give massages. It works perfect
