The hotel is Located off I10 highway when you first enter the city. Be careful with price increase in area. Breakfast was okay the eggs wasn’t real eggs(shell eggs). The room was clean but it wasn’t a bar in the room but it was on my receipt. Online the original price was 89.00 a night, but once I got there it was one room left. So the price I was told was 169.00 a night it was out me and other Africa America man so I got the room just to see if others was charge the same price. The room is definitely not worth 169.00 a night I was charged a additional 50.00 for a pillow lol Just so they know I stripped both beds cause I didn’t need a double room, the housekeeper was gone have to work that morning yea and wig I left behind was for who ever may need it. It was worth that 50.00 pillow

I checked in on this hotel, I had asked before arriving if I could connect my laptop to the TV for streaming, I was told that yes I could, sadly I realized I couldn't, when I asked front desk they apologized for the person informing me wrong, I get it sadly it was beyond their power but why would someone have told me that I could. As I'm in the room with the AC at 68 I can literally feel the swear running down my face, the AC didn't even cool and then turn off, it just started and immediately turn off, any settings I tweaked with the AC just made it so that as soon as it started feeling better it would turn off immediately, so of course I go to the front desk to inform them, they tell me the settings I should set the AC to, I inform the person attending the front desk that those are the settings I have on the AC and that with those settings the lobby even felt colder than the room since I was sweating in the room, the person apologized and told me that sadly every AC is like that so I would face the same issues. Overall very horrible experience with the room being so unbearably hot, going to the front desk accomplished nothing, they had no way of helping me or even making my experience better, definitely feel that this experience wasn't even worth the money I spent on it.

It is a well maintained property , the room was clean and well kept although the furnishings a little worn out. Staff very polite and courteous , location not so great , no restaurants nearby.

This was a great stay! The pool was open, gym was open, had breakfast ready 6am-9am. The rooms were clean, organized, and comfortable. The TVs had more channels compared to competitors hotels. And the staff were incredibly kind and genuine. Thanks for letting me stay at your Comfort Inn!
