First night was horrible! Bed sheets were nasty with stains, pull out couch very filthy. Microwave did not work to warm my food. Soap bar was used. Once I woke up to see roaches mating on the bathroom floor, I was out! After dealing with Arlet the front desk lady, the next morning and explaining all of my issues she fixed the issue and she was very polite and called her manager and we were switched to a nice room. The pool had too much chlorine and was green. The kids did not enjoy it.

Hate it! Never staying here again. Hotels smells. I have been staying here for 2 nights already and they day I slept in, they called the cops on me for not paying the night on time, since you have to prepaid. They have all my card info, deposit, and I am still here. I know that people do shady stuff, but I am a loyal customer to comfort suites. They shouldn't be calling the cops for a night that hasn't been paid, specially when I am still here, my card info is on file., and my intention was always to pay. They have my card info. I went down stairs when they called me to pay, the receptionist wasn't even there, another guest was waiting to check in and said he had been waiting for a bit already. Decide to come back take a shower and was going back down. They called me back that cops had been called. I am not a theft, yet thats how they made me feel. Never ever staying in one of your locations. I will definitely share my experience with my family and friends so they can know how they treat their guests.

A solid choice for my recent stay. The room wasn't large, but comfortable and well appointed including a small fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast area. Didn't get to use the work out room on this short trip, but the equipment looked in good shape. Friendly staff and an overall pleasant experience.

Nice and clean hotel. Pool is heated and was great during this cold weather. The rooms are a good size and the hotel staff is professional and nice. Parking lot gets full in the evening but the hotel allows you to park along the curve in front. Nothing negative during my stay.
