Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Near Fiesta Park

I stayed with my family during the weekend and the room was so atrocious and such a safety hazard that we didn't even stay for the second night we reserved. The floor was sticky and soiled and had lots of crumbs and even a gum wad. The carpet has never been cleaned because the big liquid stain with white spots on the floor looked old and not just from a couple days before. Same goes for the microwave which had a moldy burger in it and was super filthy. All the surfaces were also sticky and dirty, and one of the bedspreads had a big stain on them. The toiletries were half used and the white shower curtain was brown with stains at the bottom. The outside starecase smelled so rank of human body fluids. The room service does little to no work. If you are reading this planning to stay here I suggest you dont just look over this review and for the health and safety of yourself and your family you try another location. Honestly I am beyond disappointed and boderline traumatized by my experience. The "responses" they are giving to our reviews and ones similar to my families' reviews not enough they need to show some really changes because no guests should have to pay to experience this. I am curious to see how they are going to respond to mine.

I will NEVER come back here. The shower curtin was staned brown and blankets were stained too. There was a wad of gum on the floor and the room smelled SO bad. The microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in so long and it had an old moldy burger inside of it. The carpet was not clean at all and had a huge stain on it. Over all the whole room was musty and nasty and I do NOT recommend Days Inn.

Checked in and checked out. Do not waste your time or money. Rooms smelled like smoke stained furniture when I walked in. People camped outside with luggage and garbage bags. Felt very unsafe with young children in our party as well as the cigarette smoke with asthma issues. Tried to explain to the staff who would not listen that it was impossible to stay here. They were unapologetic and only gave half a refund for a look through the rooms. CROOKS!!

This hotel is off the beaten path a bit. It is a older property but we’ll kept. It would seem to a bit noisy being next to the freeway, which is very convenient if you have to jam out. Hold the peanut butter please. Yet when you turn in and further down the rabbit hole. It makes you feel like you are separated from everything. Never have to worry about the dark because the day light never fades. Staff is great, and accommodating. Small pool but no one is really eve in it. The rooms are clean, and even better feel and look that way. Instead of the doorman saying you will like it. The beds are amazing and a nice afternoon late check out it never a problem. Good pricing and for the money, one of the best in the area. Or you can just mosey across the street save a some money and feel like you in the 3rd rock from the sun.
