If you read the other reviews they all say the same thing. This place should be condemned. Torn down and hauled away to the land fill. Then rebuilt from scratch. That it the only way this place can get any better. Don't be fooled by the owners responses to the reviews. It's almost laughable how they reply with some thing about how they will fix the problems to make your next stay more pleasant. When everyone is saying they will never be back. The place is so gross that even a shower there will make you feel dirtier!

Other posts say it all. Bad locale... roaches in the room. The stench of mold is very strong... the carpet is moist like it just flooded. Half the lights don't work in the room. The AC doesn't work. definitely the worst place I've ever stayed. Won't do it again.

I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Save yourself the money. The rooms smell and are disgusting. It looks like it hasn't had a good cleaning in a very long time. I didn't even want to sleep on the bed... there were leaves under the top blanket. The carpet and toilet are grotesque. Not to mention the pool is green.

My experience here was terrible! We arrived late in the night, get into our first hotel room to no TV, phone didn't work, and no trash cans. Then we are moved into a second room that smelled like smoke, which I did find cigarette ash on the side table. The TV had no remote, the phone was sticky, the toilets were stained so bad it looked like no one ever cleaned. The next day I realized the heater was broken, I call down to the front office to let them know and they said I could get a space heater, which was fine and dandy, but I asked if someone could bring it up because I was alone with two small children, and it was freezing outside. Time went by and I called again, and they said someone would bring it up shortly. A few hours went by and still no one came, I had to wait till my baby woke up, to go down in the freezing cold to the front desk to make sure the person was with me to bring it up. On my way back I run into the house keeper, and she collected my single towel (from 4 person room) and said she would be back later to give me towels, but she never came back. The only thing nice was that it was bug free, and my sheets were clean. I recommend going to a hotel that is slightly more expensive, especially if you have small children.
