The neighborhood has discarded furniture that has piled up and been sitting by the dumpsters for months. Property management doesn't offer pest control, so you have to take care of any bugs yourself, including wasps and scorpions. The gate is ALWAYS breaking. Been hearing shooting at night, so not the greatest neighborhood to live.

Dumping happens a lot behind these apartments and there is a homeless encampment to the west under the rittiman bridge and in the woods.

Would not recommend these apartments. They definitely are older. There are potholes in the parking lot, the back gate is unusable, and inside of the apartment has water damage on the ceiling. On top of that it is not the greatest neighborhood. Car was keyed from the front of my driver side door to the trunk after the second night.

Ghetto neighborhood. HOA is trying to gentrify it by adding gates, when there are potholes that need to be filled, the drive hasn't been paved in over a decade, there are condemned buildings, and a LOT of the occupied units have mold issues. The entire front section of the complex is Section 8 Housing, and the speedbumps that were added have caused us to need to replace our struts TWICE IN ONE YEAR. There is NO WAY to go over DOUBLE SPEED BUMPS and not wreck your car. The HOA doesn't care about anyone who lives in these units, and they just want to rentjack like crazy. I doubt any of the owners have visited this 'hood in 20 years. So out of touch it's pathetic.
