We enjoy seeing wild animals and after watching a few YouTube videos about it we decided to go. Based on advice from the reviews we made sure to go early to avoid the heat in the early afternoon that keeps most of the animals staying in the shade. It takes a little more than 90 minutes to drive the entire route if you don't stop at the break area roughly halfway through. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back with more of our family next time.

This place was so fun!! Its a great option if you have mobility issues and can't go to a traditional zoo, since you get to stay in your car! There are plenty of cool animals to see all along the way! Be sure to purchase the food they sell at the entrance as that will enhance your experience! Be aware that some animals don't like to follow the rules and may try to get food directly from your car (which is not advised/allowed)! Ahem, ostrich I'm talking to you! LOL 😆

Great way to see animals and get up close. Staff is amazing. This a great for all ages. Even without fed some will get quite close. With the pandemic in full swing staying in the car was a perfect way to experience the park.

Great experience! It is a bit pricey (they do offer AAA discount) but it is a fun experience for everyone. I suggest you go through the route at least twice. On our first time through we didn’t see any zebras but on the second loop they were running by the road. Also on the second round one of the ostriches leaned his head into the car. On most of the path it’s wide enough to get around stopped cars if you feel the need to move on. There’s a snack area about 2/3 of the way through where you can park and grab a bite to eat. If I could make a suggestion to the owners, add an audio narration to each section to tell the guests about the types of animals. Animal food is $5/bag. Two bags was plenty for our two trips around.

How much do you think it costs to take proper care of so many animals?
On website it states no pets other than service pets. Since they may agitate the other animals .
Yes! No lines of cars going through, not too hot.
Being a three day holiday weekend, with Sunday being the middle day, today is the busiest of the three. We always recommend arriving as early as possible. Our gates open at 9 am this morning. Happy Memorial Day!
I do not think they have carts you travel through the park in your own vehicle the animals are well-mannered and they don't seem to bother your vehicle
Not many animals have showed themselves, especially the zebras and the rams which seems to make up a big part, we did see one rhino
What we did was made it there in the morning did the ranch/zoo and caves then went off to camp at canyon lake. Hope that helps.
Yes you can purchase either on line or at the gate Have your camera ready. Tons of fun!
3-11 yrs old is considered child for pricing purposes. $15.50 apiece.
I don't believe so
Yes. Take paper for the goats, they don't eat the food you buy for the other animals.
It is an awsome expereince for the kids and of course yourself. If i could id post pics for you to see. I have posted pics of another one i did. Check them out, able to feed ani.als from your car 😁
You may want to buy the food for the wildlife there for health reason.
It's open 7 day a week
Depending on how cold. This weather now is good. However it is best to go in the morning. We went again around 1 pm animals were gone and not eating, nor coming up to the cars. And traffic was backed up.
You'll be driving really slow anyway, you should be ok.
Yes towards the left. You can park and go to the petting zoo if you want but the main event is to drive through
I would not go...most animals in my opinion like to hide from rain.
Yes but it won't be as good as you can enjoy in small vehicles.
I got there as soon as it opened and that was perfect because it wasnt too many cars so you can take your time and enjoy the ride
According to website they are open but never hurts to call and double ✔
Depends on how you spend your time and how many ppl are ahead of you. Minimum I would say is an hour. Max 3. I spent 2.5 hours happily
The website says they're open 9 - 5 tomorrow
very exciting
No

2 hrs, some animals will approach your car but you cannot leave your car during most of the tour
About 1.5 hours. But you can make it take alot longer. And if they're busy... The traffic kinda starts to back up.
9am to 4pm
About 1.5 to 2 hours.. depends on how slow you go and amount of people
Yes it's open. Highly recommend going there. Better than the zoo...
$28.99 Adult 12 and up $18.99 3 years to 11 Seniors $24.99
It's not an extra cost, included with entry fee
We just went last weekend and the animals were not very active. But we didn't get there until 2. Maybe going earlier would help. We have been to a lot of Safaris and this is much more of an observation safari than a feed and pet type. It is beautiful though.
Yes, it's a self driving drive through Zoo. Assuming you have some sort of provisional or learner license.
Right now, they are honoring only the standard rates. $25.50 for an adult and $17.50 for kids 3-11 years.
Adults $17.50, children $17.50 for the drive through Safari.
You can purchase them when you arrive from the entrance booth.
I had a party of 4 adults. It was 22 and some change per person. Kids were only slightly less. It's worth it though. That I am sure of.
Military and maybe seniors? But we only did wildlife side. Well worthwhile, even better with grand kids.
You can pay with cash too
$24.50 for adults ages 12-64 $15.50 for children ages 3-11 $22 for seniors ages 65+ They also offer military discount for admission
They are open but you can't feed the animals so if your plan is to go and feed the animals you can cancel that but they are open and you can drive by and see the beautiful animals
No
It's a paved cement road
I wouldn't take anything larger than a 30ft motorhome. We have been there twice, and I've never seen a motorhome there, but I haven't seen a sign saying they are not allowed. I would call first.
Todd in the previous reply is correct. There is a small petting zoo area near the entrance with a short walking area with a few animal & a cafe and restroom area inside the building. Then you drive in your car thru the park and see all the animals (they are even sometimes on the road). They give you one bag of feed, but you can buy more. Some animals will come up to your car to eat the feed.
Unfortunately not
I'm not sure but it wont hurt to ask them
The caverns don't have animals. The wildlife ranch yes. And not only giraffes. Even so it's there main attraction they have different animals. The caves do not have animals, the safari does and several and they are different parks.
Yes they do. See their pricing page on the website
You get to explore underground caverns. Looks pretty cool
Petting zoo is included, feed and brochures are extra. Extra feed is nice to have. The petting zoo area did have some hay you could grab and feed the animals.
Yes. Same way you went in is the same way out.
I took 2 because it was busier and I lingered with the animals longer
I believe it's there for the zebra to use to cool off and drink water. But during hotter days you may not see the zebra. My family and i didn't see any.
58 dollars
I honestly don't know, most places now dont acept personal checks, however this place may the the eception.
Adults $ 24.50 and children $ 15.50 on weekends, midweek is a bit cheaper
I think the hrs are 9:00 am - 4:00 Monday - Friday 9:00am 7:00pm Saturday- Sunday
Not allowed
I went today and there are kangaroos, they are in with the giraffes in the walk about
They do. They even ask you for a card when you get there.
Brandi's answer summed it up fairly well
Yes. They are very interactive, but watch out for the zebras and ostriches - they get very demanding! Haven't encountered a bad animal there yet.
No, I wish I would have been able to see the zeb🦓s.,I was upset because they were not out, although it is a very good location to take the family,.
If they leave, they put on their coats and coats and go for a walk, also if it rains they bring their portable umbrellas so that they do not get wet 😉
It took us about and hour and a half. Just depends on how much you stop, feed the animals, etc.
You pay per person in the vehicle. Its admission. Just like you would when you go to the zoo or any other place.
$4.00 Off General Admission with current ID. (According to the web page)
Of course they can go, the animals are in their room, and the rain does not bother them, it is part of their life
No. Not open either day.
I think so, but i would check their website or call them.
Discount for AAA members with presentation of current valid AAA card is $2.25 off each person accompanied with member in vehicle. Thanks for asking and we look forward to your visit to Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch.
UPDATE: The Ranch will remain closed today due to road conditions and low water crossings in the area. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we want to keep our visitors and employees out of harm's way. Stay safe! - Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch
There is a very steep incline that goes down the a few more animals and the restrooms . bit you have the option to not go that way.
You can buy feed bags from the entrance booth and feed the animals but be careful because some of them might bite. Best is to throw the food on the ground. Be aware of the ostriches, they are mean 😀
Yes but go real early as the animals hide in the shade in the heat.
Either one will work. Just a tip we went before noon and was able to get real close to some animals took a second trip after noon and most of the animals stayed in the shade
I believe their website says they are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day.
Not sure i would suggest calling them directly to ask what their holiday schedule is.
By person 12 and up adults 3-11 children Under 3 free
Only prey animals. No Lions or other type of preditor. Few monkeys and goat petting zoo. If you have kids it's a must and also if you like feeding animals from your car.
The time varies. It really depends on the amount of cars driving through and whether or not the animals are coming out.
Don't think they have games at Natural Bridge Caverns, but if they do, it's off 3009 near New Braunfels, TX
Like 5pm but I was wrong ... you are going to love it
Early morning when they first open is the best time to go.
You get a free bag of food with your admission fee and there is additional food available to purchase.
Yes! 😁 The only holidays they're closed are Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day.
Totally worth the price. I had a great time seeing the animals. Feeding the ostrich was especially fun and entertaining.
No, must be purchased at time of arrival.
It's just grain feed pellets.
Each family member gets $4 off
They won't allow it!

About an hour, but we were there two. We stopped for ice cream and did the Walk About. We wanted the full experience!!
No 29
Depending on the time of day most animals will come right up to your vehicle
Not sure about carts but the hole safari ride is in your own car
All I know is they close at four
No, as they have the animals on a special diet. Also, you must pay for the bags of feed.
Exit 174 road 3009 in shertz.
During the winter it is. You can check the calendar section of their website for all the timings.
They will stop you if they see anyone in the bed of the truck
Call them.
You can drive through it anytime. But to feed the animals you have to roll your windows down.
