How much do you think it costs to take proper care of so many animals?
Then don't go. Your complaints will not change their business. It is expensive to take of 500 exotic animals that eat quite a bit. Not just dog food. Not to mention the upkeep of their habitat. Employees need paid to do that. Think about it.
