Great overall service from two great technicians Frank Rocha & Diego. They came to my home and found the cause of my plumbing issue right away. They fixed everything and were super helpful explaining to me how everything works. Two very respectful & professional gentlemen. Great job done. Thanks again.

The work done by Frank and Jesus was excellent. They were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They accommodated all our safety concerns during this pandemic. After quickly working to find and clear the clog in our plumbing, they tested again and again to make sure the clog was definetly cleared. They explained what was happening and answered all our questions. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I especially like their cleaning up after themselves, they are respectful and careful of the work area and keep working as i ask questions. They explain everything and get written permission before doing repairs. They installed 3 toilets at various times and hot water heater. All plumbers charge a fee for their work but Roadrunner is a good investment as the "go to" plumber.

I called about a leak outside in my water meter box. The leak was just past the water meter so SAWS doesn’t handle it. Frank Rocha and his coworker showed up within an hour or so, quickly isolated the problem and gave me an estimate. They replaced an entire section of the line and installed a new brass shutoff valve in place of a plastic one. They also replaced the pressure relief valve to fix water pressure issues we were having. They were efficient, professional and informative. Highly recommend.

Short answer, no. I would set it to vacation mode (gas fired) at least if you do. If it's an electric I would unplug it. Check the following url and scroll down to the water section.
