My washer is down so I used this place last night. I was displeased when one of the washers stole my money and when I let the attendant know she said it was my fault that the machine stopped. All I know is I got an error and the washing machine froze. I held the button down to see if it would start but it took my money. The lady refused to refund the money. I would have stayed to dry but decided to take my wet clothes home to dry since she didn’t want to refund me. I’m not spending my money there anymore. The washers did a good job otherwise.

Up until maybe a half year ago I'd give this place at least 4 stars. However, nowadays, you dry your clothes here at your own risk. E-15 errors have been popping up like crazy on a lot of the dryers and the management seems not to be doing anything about it. This place has now been open for a good number of years and apparently there is a part (sensor?) in these dryers that is wearing out and management isn't doing a thing about it. The number of dryers that show E-15 errors are increasing. With an E-15 error the dryer will stop in the middle of a drying cycle. If you're not paying attention to your dryer at all times you're losing drying time. The fix is easy. You open/close the door and then hit start again. This morning I had to do it 8-9 times and my clothes still came out somewhat damp. This is the last time I'm coming here.

Nice people. Fair price. Clean. Never had a problem. Good location. Not everyone speaks English. But this is San Antonio.

It's one of my favorite laundromats in the city. The price is right to wash and dry. The machines do a good job. The staff keep the restroom and the general area clean. My grade would be an A-. 👍
