I was helped at the pharmacy counter by Lisa and Christine. And they were Amazing! Very personable and made me feel like i went to my mom when I'm feeling sick :) The care about what they do and it shows! I will only be using this pharmacy from now on. Thank you Ms. Lisa and Ms. Christine!

I chose this location due to it being open 24/7/365. What I experienced was 24/7/365 drama and refill errors. Misbilling my insurance, poor customer service, and I complained to the corporate line and never received a response. Some of the pharmacy technicians are rude, nasty, and sarcastic. One told me she didn't care if I transferred my scrips elsewhere, so I did! And they seem to have hearing issues, I am visually disabled myself, but I have workplace modifications. Walgreens may need to consider installing phones with hearing amplifiers, because I have to repeat my information a million times. I don't have a speech impediment, nor do I stutter. But, I am 50 years old and I hear better, unless they have a hearing disability, what is the problem? Poor training or just not giving a sh*t. I was greatly inconvenienced many times and almost ended up in the ER! And they are also liars, my doctor did call my script in, but they kept saying he did not. My experience here makes me want to stop shopping at Walgreens altogether, and I pretty much have.

The pharmacy is disorganized and poorly run. Extremely long wait times for prescriptions, CSR's need more training to maximize efficiency!!!

As someone who is a very nervous Nellie about shots, the ladies who gave me my COVID vaccines were very kind while giving me my shot and answered all my questions. I didn't catch their names unfortunately, but these ladies really made me feel at ease about getting the shots. I really like the staff at this Walgreens! Thank you for easing my fears some.
