UPDATE: it’s been four hours and I haven’t received my test results ( they quote 2 hrs) I called and they said this is the email and said it, i said no that’s my name but not my email it had my full middle name and not just the initial .. so he said there is a way to change it, but he can’t now that the results were sent but i can come in and get them. I l went back and looked at the email i used to set up my appointment and the email i provided, and then received a second email confirmation for the appointment- so i think that lady was so upset she complained she changed my email so i wouldn’t get my results without wasting my time coming up there again ! So don’t go to this Walgreens. Unprofessional, disrespectful and just does whatever they want

Totally irresponsible. They never have control over medications. You have to do their job for them because they are disorganized. Your medicine is never on time. You have to call the doctor several times and even then they don't have the medication ready for you or, in the best of cases, they don't update their database and give you medications that are no longer those prescribed by the doctor. I despise when I go to a particular location because it shows on their website that they have certain products that aren’t in stock at the store closest to me, and then I get there and they don’t have any of it. They claim it’s on the truck coming in but not physically there. Then why does the website allow me to purchase products now (because it shows them in stock) and have you hold it for me at the store? Ridiculous.

I know this might seem hard to understand but when you ask questions on Google maps you're going to get people who are also using Google maps to answer them not the pharmacist. If you have a question about medication supply you need to call the phone number listed in the contact information for the store.
