Showed up an hour early for my appointment and wasn’t seen until 45 minutes past my appointment time. Pharmacy wasn’t even that busy.

My doctor sent in a prescription for a medication refill that was too early. Normally the prescription is filed away and available for me to request my next refill. This time it was canceled. The two pharmacists on duty at this location told me that the doctor had to call it in again and that they have new pharmacy techs that made the mistake and canceled it. I asked the older lady who I should contact about this. She said no one. She told me to tell my doctor to give instructions not to fill until a certain day. I have never had to do that. All of my other refills that were called in and early were filed away. No instructions were included. When I told her this she looked at me turned around and walked away. A grown old women acting like a child. Very unprofessional. I changed to this location because it is closer to me. Now I am changing pharmacies all together. These people are ignorant and rude. I was in disbelief that this women acted like this. She didn’t apologize and didn’t seem to care that a Walgreens employee messed up.

The Walgreens pharmacy’s have ALL gone downhill!!!! Move close to this location thinking it would be better but no. They are INCREDIBLY disorganized! Took them 20 minutes to locate one of my medications and it was found by another employee looking in the same basket she already looked 3 TIMES in and said she couldn’t find it! My neighbor just happened to be there and she too had been waiting for a while and was still there after I left. TIME TO SWITCH PHARMACIES!!!!!
