Great experience. I leased a unit online relocating from NJ to Florida. Bob, the manager gave me a follow up call and answered all of my questions about the unit and access for the delivery truck coming in. On the day of my truck arrival I waited for my truck to come in and he was very helpful and informative. The unit met my needs for the moment. Once again he helped me sign a new lease for a smaller unit in the same storage facility as I continue to downsize. He was very accommodating with the transition. Thanks! Thanks once again!

manager Bob explained all details clearly and consicely. Also, (and this was a big plus) when the size storage unit I requested was not available, he gave me a much roomier unit at same price. It could not have been easier to check out, and no extra charge of any kind. A near perfect experience. The only glitch was my inability to use the truck offered within the necessary return time.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees. You can also call our secure, automated payment line.
Many of our stores offer attractive discounts and promotions on renting a storage unit, including percentages off and first month free. We also offer additional discounts via our referral program. You can view our current promotions by visiting our website.
There are two options for monthly payment. The first is one month free with 143 a month after that first month free. The second option is not take the first month free and it's 92 95 each month. These are not climate controlled units but they are drive up. Hope that helps. They do have some climate controlled but not many.
