We are in the process of moving from Illinois. It is a real challenge to make arrangements when you can't see what you're getting. I called and spoke with Ronda. She was amazing. She was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. She really put me at ease and made me feel like I made the right decision choosing extra space storage. The new manager of this facility seems to think that she can attack my friend for no reason and then make fun of her for crying about it and then when I talk to her about it she calls that harassment. So apparently you can do whatever you want if you are the manager of extra space. In the meantime she has given us three different answers about the credit that was due to my account. That seems to be completely on purpose. I don't know what is going on here but the person she attacked is a good woman who would never ever lie about such a thing. And the way she responded to me when I brought it up was exactly the way my friend says she spoke to her.

My experience was very good! Rhonda attended us very well and very professional. She took her time to resolve an issue that someone else did, and didn't hesitate to help us immediately!
