The office on state road 70and Caruso is very nice. Nice staff the man (with a beard) in the office definitely represents that company very well. I have had a until for about 4 years. I finally had to leave when my until rate went up $80 more a month (give it does go up $30 every few months) that to me was just to much. There is

At the end of the day, it’s a chain storage facility. The people location level were super helpful and awesome to work with. Facilities were always clean. But if you’re there for any amount of time past promotion rates, my rate went up 3x what I started out paying over about 2 years.

We moved out today. Having been in the storage unit for three years and having just driven three hours to the unit, we had the wrong set of keys. Luckily the manager on duty was well versed in lost keys and quickly drilled the lock out for us. The manager was extremely nice and helpful. We really appreciated his smile as he rolled with the lock issue. Thank you. Our only disappointment with this particular location was the insane increases in rent. Each rent raise was in the neighborhood of thirty plus dollars. The large raises in rent leaves a bad taste in our mouth for ExtraSpace.

My Extra Space Storage unit, as well as the building it's in, is kept very clean! The manager, Nick, is very helpful and a pleasure to do business with! I was impressed with the security at this facility, and when I checked prices with numerous storage facilities in my area, Extra Space Storage on Caruso Road was the best price for the size storage unit I was looking for. I am very happy with my decision to store my much loved and sentimental belongings at this facility and I highly recommend it to others!!!
