I started a subscription THREE weeks ago and the Bradenton Herald had no problem billing my credit card! I have yet to receive ONE day's paper. I ordered the Wednesday and Sunday papers. Wednesday for the Publix ad and Sunday for the weekly ads. I'm not pleased!!!

Prices keep going up, +15% Jan 2019, +60% late 2019, now just announced another +61% increase -- either no business planning or they are planning to go out of business. Constant confusion with their logins for subscription and their e-news. There are other news sources!

Even though I only have the Sunday paper delivered this is the worst delivery service I have ever seen. I get it so I can go out side on Sunday mornings and have my coffee and read the paper. Half the time it never shows up. You can call and report it but a replacement never shows up. It is much easier to go around the corner to Publix and get it. Would NOT recommend.

Service started out pretty well. After about 5 months, paper gets thrown on the wet grass, doesnt' get delivered, or it gets delivered late. Paper is not enjoyable to read if I can't read it in the morning with my coffee. Am considering canceling this and just driving to Publix to get my paper. I have choices to get what paper I want to read there. Poor customer service. This is a treat for me to get this paper. It is expensive. Not so much a treat if I have to call every other day to chase down a paper!!
