Worst people ever been in my house for 3 months and still haven’t received a bill had to call and ask and was told a claim had been put since July 15 and that my first bill will be from July 15 to whenever they decide to bill me I wish I could give 0 stars

I’m truly at a loss of how to get in touch with a person LOCALLY that is willing to help me. I don’t want the tone in this to come off “Karen like” because it’s the opposite…it’s desperate, it’s exhausted. I’m on the verge of tears. I’m standing outside of the building at 411 Fayetteville St trying to decide if one employee leaving for the day might be able to answer a question. I’ve called into the useless 800 number so many times and been told “we’ll make a note of it”. All I’m looking for is help with what I’m guessing is a local transformer around my area. I lose power 8 times out of 10 when it rains/storms and probably once every other month randomly. Something is obviously not right and I’m truly at a loss on who/what/where/anything on getting it fixed. It’s been like this for 2 years. It’s my entire street. Please, someone…anyone help? Anyone have ideas? Connections? I’m lost

Check the outage maps for best estimates
You can pay it online on their website
You need to call them
You should reach out to them directly by phone or email as they don't necessarily monitor this site
Duke energy bought Progress energy several years ago. Some of the name Progress isn't shocking
