Our company vehicle got a flat tire which is not a good situation to be in when you rely on your vehicles for business. I called to see if I could drop the van off same day (this was at 4pm so my expectation was that they would be unable to get me in). They told me I could drop it right off, I dropped the van off immediately after and before I could walk out the door, I saw my van was already on the lift! The service that Keith and John provided was timely and effective! I’m so grateful they were able to get my tires fixed within an hour, my night would have been totally ruined if not! Thanks for your timely service guys!

My vehicle caught fire within 20 minutes of leaving this establishment. Despite the insurance investigation finding them 100% liable, this company will not make up the financial downfall placed upon me to get myself into another vehicle. Do not go to any establishment owned by this company as they won’t correct their mistakes or try to make things right for the customer.

First things first-- Wes and Tom (mechanic) are EVERYTHING! I grew up fixing old cars because my father believed in raising a self sufficient independent woman. But being I didn't have access to a lift, I was at the mercy of these incredible gentleman. Upon initial greeting, Wes was very professional and patient. He gave me an update every step of the way. Though my idle pulleys couldn't be replaced on Sunday, Tom reassured me upon receipt of the parts the job would be taken care of. there was a mix up regarding my appointment time so I took a star off, because when I called in, I felt the manager Keith could have bit a little bit more light hearted ESPECIALLY since I did everything I could to not be a pain in the rear customer. And then IRL, when i returned for a follow up appointment he gave off a anxious vibe-- but I think he just wanted to ensure that the job could be completed... I can totally understand that, also being a task oriented administrative professional. All in all, I felt these 3 gentleman went above and beyond to ensure my safety and improve my cars performance. In my humblest opinion, I appreciate Keiths dedication but he seems like he could use a vacation to relax a bit :-) Wes needs to be promoted, and Tom, I don't even want to rave too much about you because you're tires choice best kept secret!!! many many thanks
