I stopped by to get my unit set up and it was a super easy process. When I walked in there was a man and woman working behind the desks and They both greeted me with a smile as I walked in, and took their time explaining to me anything I asked. The facility looks well maintained. Overall a good experience with SmartStop and the employees.

Facility was nice and clean as was my fathers unit. Easy to move in and loving that they’re all on a climate control. Heather was very helpful and friendly, her name tag said trainee but you couldn’t even tell with how she presented herself. Overall a very pleasant experience with the company and their associates.
