Yikes, we're do I even begin. First room was dirty (not cleaned) moved to another room and it was cleaned but had stains on the floor, walls, curtains etc. The front desk lady had to go in to 2 rooms to get us towels. The next day we waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk at 8pm to get new room keys, we were locked out of our room. Multiple people waited with us and noone had towels or rooms that were serviced. One of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at.

Positive: Staff was supper nice and knowledgeable of area. Negative: Breakfast was out of things like yogurt and the sausage was floating in water made it taste strange. It was over priced for what hotel was. We had to change rooms because our air conditioner quit working.

One star for the good beds. Service horrible! Food was nasty, no towels or bed sheets, no ice, no soap or shampoo. **** Safety Issue: they had a crane working on the roof, no safety line around it, people walking under the repairs, true hazard. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

All of the towels and comforters were stained and there was coco pebbles all over the living room floor and couch.. the bathtub was not cleaned and had hair all over the bath tub.. both sinks were clogged. Overall the room itself was not clean.. will not stay here again.
