Quality Inn Near Seaworld - Lackland

DO NOT come here unless it is a FINAL resort. Our bedding had dirt and hair on it and it was hard to get clean bedding which it shouldn't have been. Paying guests should be able to sleep on FRESH linen.. The next morning I fixed breakfast and was turned around when heading to my room with it. I was told we HAVE to eat in the dining area. This is the first time at a hotel I was unable to eat in my room.

DO NOT RECOMMEND During our 2nd night we woke up at 3 AM to no working AC. Front desk said transformer was out and manager would be in at 7AM. Shift change. Now they said manager will be in at 9AM. THE MANAGER LIVES ON THE PROPERTY!!! Their resolution was we can switch rooms to a room with only (1) king bed for 2 adults and 2 children. If the transformer is out how will switching rooms change the fact that the power wasn’t working right and at 3AM to switch rooms with 2 toddlers?!? Unrealistic. Our QUALITY of sleep was lessened and ended up checking out at 7AM. NEVER AGAIN!

This hotel was terrible. Breakfast sucked. The breakfast meat was soggy and wet and the juices were disgusting while the bread was stale. I asked the house keeper who was right next door cleaning another room to please clean our room while we would be gone for 5 hours. We came back and nothing was done. Overflowing trash, beds not made or fresh sheets and no towels were available because they are limited! Come to find out she decided that it was the end of her shift before we came back so she didn’t have to do our room. The only good thing about this place is that it is 10 minutes away from the LackLand AirForce Base. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere with a better breakfast and better staff. The morning breakfast people are rude and glare at you.

Great Customer service provided by front Desk. Ms. Andrea, love her positive attitude and her work ethic. I’ve stayed here a few times and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotels it’s placed in a great area and safe area.
