Worse service we called make reservations for nonsmoking room the offer discount. Then at the time we arrive they charged us more then what we were told. The man in front desk was rude not willing to help when they didn't have a nonsmoking room had a very strong smell of cigarettes my daughter & myself suffer from asthma we weren't able to stay in the room we walked out right away went back to front desk they refused to give us a refund even if we aren't able to stay at this location there's no nonsmoking room available. We needed that $ refund to be able get another place. We had stay in our vehicle for the night.. never returning to this locations! No ⭐️ Starts not worse service . Left that place having health issues difficulty breathing

Reservation said to pay at property. Then I noticed they charged me that same night so when we arrives we were told we didn't pay and we needed to pay again and of course we refused cause the charged had already been charged. Then we went ahead and canceled because she refused to let us into our paid room! So we stayed somewhere else. During the night they went ahead and stayed somewhere else and they them in turned charged my card again ND said we arrived and checked into our hotel which was fraud because we canceled then told we couldn't cancel well either way she wouldn't let us check in. Now I'm $400.00 out because the incompetence these people have! NEVER AGAIN will i book or stay here AND NEVER WILL Refer! So I'm here fighting a 400.00 charge that they say they didn't charge me.... 3 weeks later tried charging me again 🤔🤔 fishy business here

Was advertised falsely as a smoke-free hotel. Both rooms I walked into had a strong smoking odor upon entering the room and had ashtrays in them. After bringing back the key a second time the manager told me all his rooms are smoking rooms and walked away from the counter. After almost 6 weeks I still have not received my deposit back for the room that I didn't even stay in.

As soon as we pulled into the drive way I knew something was off about the establishment. We had many problems one being the room smelt like cigarettes, no blankets, shower pressure was low and water was leaking. Owner of the hotel was very rude when we asked for our money back refused to refund us.
