Dr. Patel was not available, saw a physician assistant for exam,blood work and medication refills. 1st mistake,did not asked the milligrams of each medication, 2nd mistake sent the refills to 3 different pharmacies after told to send them all to Walmart. The diuretic was the wrong strength. Did not get a call for lab results, had to call after 10 days to find out about results.

This place is horrible! My grandmother is waiting to go into an assisted living so she had to go have a physical with Dr.Shah on Monday they did not fax the paper over till Thursday and when they finally faxed it Dr. Shah did not sign it in four different places she missed signing so needless to say my grandmother is still waiting to move into her assisted living we had to faxed papers back to them and we are still waiting for them to be signed 5 days later!

Dr. Patel and his staff have been our family practice physicians for over 15 years. It's easy to get appointments for our grandchildren, and ourselves. And they have after hours oncall answering service too. We have used them for the entire family from babies, toddlers, teens and adults. Their staff is friendly and physicians are knowledgeable and they take the time needed to explain and answer questions we may have. I have recommended Dr Patel to many employees in the past. We feel fortunate to have a family practicianer who treats our entire family.
