I’m not one to leave reviews, yet alone a negative one, but here’s what I have to say. Front staff gave me the hardest time checking in. He was extremely rude to me. I made a reservation for 2 rooms (for me and my mom) so my card was on file. She arrived early and wanted to check in, which they accommodated. They called me to confirm that I was allowing her to check in, no big deal. When I arrived, it was a different story. The man that was there asked for my ID and card that I used to make the reservation, which I showed. He stated I used a different card and was basically DEMANDING to know who’s card it was on file , at the time I didn’t know that THEY (the hotel) changed the card number to my moms. I stated I had no clue because I didn’t use that card that he was saying. He began raising his voice and still questioning who’s card it was, and asking who made the reservation for me. I tried showing him the confirmation from Booking which he didn’t even look at or acknowledge, he checked me in and when he was finished said, and I quote, “ You’re lucky we kept your reservation.” I was livid. In addition, the room didn’t smell too good, the shower was clogged, pool was green/cloudy, not in the best part of town, and our first night there the light in the restroom gave out and never turned back on.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Good customer service, spacious room but it was not very clean on the inside. The room smells old, there stains on the wall, and there is a full size refrigerator that was absolutely filthy on the outside.

Room was dark. One lamp plus the light by the door. The lamp had the cold LED which made things feel impersonal. There was a table bit no light by it. Free breakfast in the morning where you make your own texas shaped waffle, eggs, cereal, coffee, etc. Need were comfortable and AC worked well.

I never leave reviews! But the price we paid to stay, I think everyone should know what to expect. Upon arrival we checked in by the rudest clerk I have ever come across.. We get to the room,, The first thing we noticed was the smell. Dirty gym socks!!! Started looking around..... hair all in the bathroom shower, floor and curtain. A red stain on the tub floor. When we went down to the clerk, to ask him if he could send someone to clean it he replied he didn't have anyone. They would send someone in the morning, with no apologies. We asked him what time breakfast was he said 6 to 9, OK! Next morning we come down to get breakfast at 845, there are still people in line, and they are putting everything away. Before the guest can get food. The lobby offers lemon water, but I never once see that they refilled it, IT WAS EMPTY THE ENTIRE WEEKEND!! They don't offer coffee all day either. Ice makers don't work on any levels except the one by the pool. Not like you have anything in the room to put your ice in, NO ICE TRAYS! The door in the back of the building says locked 24 hours, NOT!!!! This staff has some major attitude adjustment and attention to detail they need to work on.
