Best place to camp in the summer, but there are better trails outside the park, so not worth just a day trip. If you are talking about Moose you will see them in the area bit probably need to go to a nearby pond to see them vs in the park itself.
How often do you see what? There is not much to see there! A beach you can swim in, a poorly marked trail. And it cost money to get in. I was not impressed at all. In the area, outside of part there are better trails that are free.
There are lots of things to see at the park but I'm quite sure we'll never see them.
